中年以后路更宽
人到中年,有所谓“中年危机”。过了中年,应该已经远离危机,迎来转机,可以做回自己了。
人生在世,读书时为父母、打工时为老板、做生意为钱忙、结了婚为家庭……好不容易退休了,再不为自己做点什么,就没机会了。
我悠哉闲哉好些年,最爽是不必起早赶上班,不必听电话,不必应酬老板客户外宾,还可以睡午觉!晚上睡不着时,半夜起来看DVD,看到几时有睡意,就关机回房,睡到日上三杆,想几点起床就几点,自由散漫,非常过瘾!
年前回母校华仁中学与老同学聚餐,那个当年班上最坏的男同学看到我(我们几十年没见面),公开称赞:“你还是那么美!”本人美不美,自己心中有数,不过有人赞,还是爽得要命;我那远在中国的小学密友龚万雯更搞笑,看到我寄去的照片,几次打电话来,叫我“你还年轻貌美,再找个对象啦!”开玩笑!但我依然心中暗爽。人过中年,就得有这种自我调侃的本事,否则会活得痛苦。
要能经常保持心清气爽,两个条件:健康、乐观。而这二者,好像有相乘作用,健康者,通常比较乐观;而乐观者,身体也比较健康。健康和乐观并非偶然,需要从年轻开始培养。我对保健有些心得,已经着手写书,与大家分享 —- 当然也想赚点稿费啦!
要让自己活得好,一定要学电脑,才能与时并进,和世界接轨。我闲来上网看新闻、查 e mail,也开了face book户口,心血来潮时,写写部落格,有时也投去报馆,文章登出来,又开心一整天!
中年以后,不知老之将至!

I deeply admired your currect life style. I am looking forward to the life of..geting up early…go to amusement park to have a 20-minutes brisk-walk ..follows by a 15-minute giqong practise…then go for breakfast (of course with a cup of coffee-o-kosong)…go home for news paper reading and follow by a half an hour nap before lunch…after that whole day free movement such as reading, internet, tv, window shopping ect ect. But up till now I still can’t lead that life for I still have to work for one reason or another though the end of me life is getting nearer each and everyday.
